Moving on with my adventure in the mixed media world this month I have a special Artist Trading Block project for you. It is a charm I made to celebrate the 5 year relationship with my sweetheart ^.^
how about we start with a small how-to ^.^
after cutting a piece of mat board with Sizzix ScoreBoards XL Die - Blocks/Cubes, 3-D die I added small holes for the chain and other embellishments
then I started adding more layers using some stencils with a texture paste, colors, fabrics etc.
after a few more layers of color, embellishments and rub ons I got myself what I wanted ^.^
for more amazing Artist Trading Block creations be sure to stop by The Artists on the Block. And don't forget that this month Art with Heart challenge is "Anything Goes"! Share with us your art with heart for a chance to win a die of your choice from the brand new Eileen Hull Sizzix collection Vintage Kitchen when it is relesed in December ^.^
P.S.thank you for stopping by ^.^ wish you crafty inspiration and joyful summer
